Pricing

One simple core price for real follow-up work.

We start with a Free Quick Leak Scan. If there is enough follow-up to work, the main public offer is the Core Revenue Recovery Desk. Custom scope is reserved for storm surges, larger lists, or high-volume operations.

Pricing rule

Do not make the roofer choose from a confusing menu before the first leak is clear.

Audit first

We do not want a roofer paying for a desk before the likely first leak is clear: missed calls, unsold estimates, stale leads, no-shows, reviews/referrals, storm follow-up, or past customers.

Scope the work

Follow-up items, follow-up areas, reporting rhythm, and owner handoffs are defined before the paid desk starts.

Tools stay separate

No hidden tool markup. Use your current tools first; added phone, CRM, AI, review, or call-tracking costs are approved and passed through at actual cost.

Storm / High Volume

Custom

Best when storm surges, larger customer lists, multiple crews, or higher-volume follow-up need a bigger scope.

  • Scoped after the Quick Leak Scan
  • Multiple lanes or larger contact volume
  • Daily reporting windows only if needed
  • Third-party tools approved first
  • No live answering or CRM replacement promise unless separately agreed
Ask about high-volume support

Plain-English volume rule: a call, text, email, message, form lead, old estimate, no-show, review/referral request, or past-customer checkup touched by the desk. No plan guarantees leads, jobs, rankings, reviews, referrals, revenue, or profit. We show what was contacted, worked, booked, handed off, closed out, or still needs attention.

Third-party tools are separate

Our monthly plans cover our follow-up work. Software costs are not hidden inside the price.

Many roofers can start with the phone, CRM, calendar, review process, and contact list they already have. If a tool is needed to support the first follow-up area, the roofer approves it first.

  • No markup: tool costs are paid directly by the roofer or passed through at actual cost.
  • No forced stack: we do not require every roofer to buy the same CRM, AI answering, or call tracking system.
  • Use what works: we only recommend phone, AI, CRM, review, text, calendar, call tracking, or photo tools when they help stop a specific leak.

Potential separate costs

  • Business phone or shared inbox
  • Overflow answering, only if approved
  • Call tracking or call recording
  • CRM or lead tracker
  • Text/email follow-up
  • Review/referral tool
  • Calendar or photo intake tools

Plan fit guide

Start with the scan, then keep the paid offer simple.

Quick Leak Scan

Best when the owner is unsure where revenue is leaking and wants a first follow-up recommendation.

Core Desk

Best when agreed lanes need steady weekly attention and the company wants visible follow-up reporting.

Custom

Best when volume, storm bursts, multiple crews, or larger customer lists require heavier coordination.

Why the price is simple

The first goal is not to sell a huge contract. It is to prove that consistent follow-up can recover opportunities the roofer was already losing.

If a roofer is paying for ads, trucks, referrals, signs, yard signs, canvassing, web traffic, or past customer relationships, the follow-up desk helps protect that spend by working the next step.

Volume drivers

  • Number of missed calls, forms, emails, texts, and messages
  • Number of open estimates to follow up
  • Storm surge volume
  • Review/referral and past-customer list size
  • Social media and short video workload
  • Number of service areas or crews

Why this is priced differently

We are not charging for leads you still have to chase.

The first version is priced like a follow-up desk, not a full advertising agency or all-in-one CRM. The goal is to prove that working existing revenue leaks can create value before the roofer commits to bigger marketing spend.

Best fit

  • Roofers who already have calls, estimates, or past customers
  • Owners who know follow-up is inconsistent
  • Companies that do not want to buy more ads first
  • Teams that need help working old estimates and missed calls

Price confidence

Start with the smallest plan that can work the first real leak.

Do not overbuy

If the roofer only has one clear leak, the 90-Day Setup may be enough to prove whether managed follow-up is worth it.

Upgrade only when volume proves it

Core and Growth make sense when there are enough missed calls, open estimates, reviews/referrals, or past customers to work every month.

Tool costs stay separate

Our fee is for the follow-up desk. Third-party phone, AI, CRM, call tracking, review, photo, or reporting tools are approved first and passed through at actual cost with no markup.

Start with a Quick Leak Scan

Show us where calls, estimates, reviews, referrals, and past customers are slipping away. We will tell you the first follow-up leak worth working.

This is built for roofers who already have some demand but are losing opportunities because nobody consistently works the follow-up pile. No ad spend is required to start.

  • No phone-system replacement required.
  • No new CRM required to begin.
  • We focus first on opportunities you already paid for or already earned.
  • We bring the roofer in when pricing, roof expertise, or a serious estimate conversation is needed.
Fast path:Fill in company, name, email, phone, and consent. The rest simply helps us spot the first leak faster.

English or Spanish: Tell us which language is best. We will keep the form simple and follow up in the clearest way we can.

Most fields are optional. Company name, your name, email, phone, and consent are enough to request the free scan.

Optional details: tell us where follow-up breaks down

You can send the basics now. These optional fields help us prepare a better audit if you already know where calls, estimates, reviews, referrals, or past customers are falling through.
