By using Roofing Growth Desk, you understand that this is a managed business support service for roofing companies, not a roofing contractor, not a legal advisor, and not a guarantee of results.
No roofing work
Roofing Growth Desk does not perform roofing work, inspect roofs, quote jobs, diagnose roof issues, pull permits, provide workmanship, or provide warranties.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee leads, jobs, rankings, reviews, referrals, revenue, profit, or particular business outcomes.
Roofer responsibility
Roofing companies remain responsible for licensing, insurance, customer consent, contracts, estimates, permits, safety, workmanship, warranties, customer communications, and compliance with applicable laws.
Third-party tools and pass-through costs
Roofing Growth Desk may recommend third-party tools such as phone, AI answering, call tracking, CRM, texting, review, calendar, photo, or reporting software. Third-party tool costs are not included unless specifically stated. The roofing company pays the provider directly when possible. If Roofing Growth Desk pays an approved third-party tool on the roofing company’s behalf, the cost is passed through at actual cost with no markup or padding.
Approved communications
Services rely on approved scripts, approved contact rules, and clear handoff points. Roofing companies must provide accurate information and may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or non-consensual communications.
