Roofing Growth Desk service agreement outline
Use this as the plain-English agreement draft to send a roofing company before starting paid work. It is designed for a managed follow-up and revenue-leak recovery service — not roofing work.
Important: This is a business agreement draft, not legal advice. Have a local attorney review it before relying on it, especially for texting, calling, review requests, data handling, and state-specific contractor/marketing rules.
Roofing Growth Desk Service Agreement
Parties. This Service Agreement is between Roofing Growth Desk (“we,” “us”) and the roofing company identified in the order form, invoice, or accepted proposal (“Client,” “you”).
1. Services
Roofing Growth Desk provides managed revenue-leak recovery support for roofing companies. Services may include approved follow-up for missed calls, old web leads, open estimates, no-show appointments, storm inquiries, completed-job review requests, referral requests, and past-customer roof checkup / recall inspection outreach.
2. What Roofing Growth Desk does not do
Roofing Growth Desk does not perform roofing work, inspect roofs, provide roofing judgment, provide engineering or insurance advice, quote prices, determine scope, sign contracts with homeowners, pull permits, provide warranties, supervise crews, handle jobsite safety, or make workmanship decisions. The Client remains responsible for all roofing work, licensing, insurance, estimates, permits, contracts, customer relationships, warranty obligations, safety, legal compliance, and workmanship.
3. Approved scripts and handoff rules
Roofing Growth Desk will use scripts, templates, and handoff rules approved by Client. Roofing Growth Desk may pause or escalate any message that involves roof condition, price, scope, technical advice, insurance claim questions, permit questions, warranty commitments, legal issues, angry customers, or anything outside the approved follow-up plan.
4. Client data and contact permission
Client represents that it has the lawful right and proper permissions to provide customer, lead, estimate, and past-customer information to Roofing Growth Desk and to allow Roofing Growth Desk to perform the requested follow-up. Client is responsible for honoring opt-outs, consent requirements, customer communication preferences, and applicable calling, texting, email, review, and privacy rules.
5. Monthly plans and follow-up item limits
Each plan includes a stated monthly follow-up item allowance. A follow-up item may include a call, text, email, voicemail attempt, review/referral request, recall inspection outreach, lead follow-up, estimate follow-up, status update, or documented outcome. Higher volume may require a plan upgrade, storm-mode plan, or separate written scope.
6. Third-party tools and no-markup pass-through costs
Third-party tools are separate unless specifically included in writing. Examples include AI answering, phone lines, call tracking, CRM, texting, email, scheduling, review tool, photo intake tools, and automation tools. Roofing Growth Desk does not pad or mark up approved third-party tool costs. When possible, Client pays the provider directly. If Roofing Growth Desk pays an approved tool cost on Client’s behalf, Client reimburses the actual cost with no markup.
7. Fees, payment, and cancellation
Client agrees to pay the monthly fee shown in the accepted order, invoice, or proposal. Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are month-to-month after any initial setup term. Client may cancel future service by written notice before the next billing period. Fees already paid for active service periods are not automatically refundable unless Roofing Growth Desk agrees in writing.
8. No guarantees
Roofing Growth Desk does not guarantee leads, appointments, closed jobs, reviews, referrals, revenue, search rankings, ad performance, profit, customer responses, or collection outcomes. Roofing Growth Desk’s promise is to perform the agreed follow-up work, document activity, escalate items that need the roofer, and report outcomes.
9. Weekly reporting
Roofing Growth Desk will provide a weekly proof report or dashboard update showing the work performed, outcomes, open items, owner handoffs, follow-up item count, and recommended next leak to work.
10. Mutual responsibilities
Client must provide accurate contact lists, approved wording, authorized points of contact, response expectations, service areas, scheduling rules, warranty/permit boundaries, opt-out information, and timely owner responses. Roofing Growth Desk must use reasonable care, follow approved scope, protect client information, and avoid making roofing commitments outside the approved follow-up plan.
11. Signature / acceptance
