Set up the first follow-up list
Use this after a request is accepted. The fast path is simple: company, contact, website or service area, consent, and whatever details you already know. The optional sections help us work cleaner, but a roofer should not have to complete every field to begin.
Recovery desk setup
Start with one clean list, approved wording, and clear handoff rules.
Do not include private customer data in this first form. We will confirm the safest way to share old estimate lists, completed-job lists, and past-customer lists if needed.
