Recommended tools

Use your current tools first. Add only what the follow-up work truly needs.

Roofing Growth Desk is priced for our follow-up work, not padded tool resale. If a phone system, AI answering tool, call tracking, CRM, texting, review tool, calendar, or photo process is needed, the roofer approves it first and pays the third-party cost directly or at actual pass-through cost with no markup.

Three setup paths

Every roofer should not be forced into the same expensive tool stack.

Bring Your Own Tools

Best for roofers who already have a CRM, business phone, calendar, review process, proposal system, or call tracking. We work beside the existing stack and focus on follow-up work.

Simple Starter Setup

Best for roofers with no real system. We recommend the lowest-cost setup for shared calls/messages, contact tracking, calendar handoff, follow-up lists, and weekly reporting.

Higher-Volume Setup

Best when volume justifies more tooling: AI answering, call tracking, transcription, CRM automation, review/referral tool, photo intake, and clearer attribution.

No markup promise

Tool costs are not a hidden profit center. We do not mark up or pad third-party software, phone, CRM, AI answering, call tracking, review, photo, or calendar costs.

We may recommend third-party tools to help us and the roofer work faster, answer better, track calls, organize leads, request reviews, schedule inspections, or report weekly activity. But we do not add a secret margin on those tools.

  • The roofer can pay the tool provider directly whenever possible.
  • If we must pay a tool on the roofer's behalf, we pass through the actual cost with no markup.
  • No AI answering, CRM, phone, call tracking, texting, review, calendar, or photo tool is added without approval.
  • We start lean: existing tools first, lowest-cost practical tools second, advanced stack only when volume justifies it.

Tool categories we may recommend

The tool should match the leak, not the other way around.

Phone + approved callback help

For missed calls, after-hours overflow, voicemail leaks, call summaries, and fast handoff when the roofer cannot answer.

Call tracking

For call recordings, missed-call proof, source notes, and weekly reporting that shows what happened.

CRM or simple lead tracker

For open estimates, lead status, inspection scheduling, past-customer lists, no-show recovery, and clear next steps.

Text and email follow-up

For missed-call text-back, estimate revival, appointment confirmation, review requests, referral asks, and past-customer checkup campaigns.

Review + referral tools

For Google review links, testimonial requests, referral prompts, happy-customer follow-up, and reputation leak recovery.

Calendar booking

For inspection windows, owner callbacks, estimator handoffs, no-show confirmation, and storm surge scheduling.

Photo collection

For roof damage photos, leak photos, ceiling stains, gutter issues, storm documentation, and faster sorting.

Reporting

For weekly leak reports showing what was touched, revived, booked, escalated, or closed out.

Built into the audit

The Free Quick Leak Scan now checks tool readiness too.

We ask which tools the roofer already has, where they are working, where they are creating friction, and whether the first follow-up area can start without adding anything new.

Tool fit result

  • Tools are ready: start follow-up work with current systems.
  • Needs simple starter setup: add only basic phone/CRM/follow-up structure.
  • Needs higher-volume setup: volume or tracking needs justify more tooling.

Start with the scan

Show us your current tools and where revenue is leaking.

We will recommend whether to use your current tools, simplify the stack, or add only the tools that support the first follow-up area.

Fast path:Fill in company, name, email, phone, and consent. The rest simply helps us spot the first follow-up gap faster.

Most fields are optional. Company name, your name, email, phone, and consent are enough to request the free scan.

Optional details: tell us where follow-up breaks down

You can send the basics now. These optional fields help us prepare a better audit if you already know where calls, estimates, reviews, referrals, or past customers are falling through.
