Start with one leak
The first step should be simple: missed calls, old estimates, stale leads, no-shows, reviews/referrals, storm follow-up, or past customers - not a bloated package.
Our Story
Roofing Growth Desk was built around a simple observation: many roofing companies already have enough calls, estimates, web forms, referrals, storm inquiries, and past customers to create more work - but the follow-up is hard to keep consistent when the owner is also selling, inspecting, pricing, managing crews, and solving jobsite problems.
Why this exists
A CRM can hold names. An AI answering tool can pick up calls. A lead vendor can sell more inquiries. A review tool can ask for feedback. Those can all help. But roofers still need someone to make sure the daily follow-up is worked, documented, handed off, and reported.
Roofing Growth Desk is not trying to replace the roofer. We work the front-end follow-up and show proof. The roofer stays responsible for roofing judgment: inspections, diagnosis, pricing, scope, permits, contracts, warranty, workmanship, safety, and final customer decisions.
What we believe
The first step should be simple: missed calls, old estimates, stale leads, no-shows, reviews/referrals, storm follow-up, or past customers - not a bloated package.
If the roofer already has a phone system, CRM, review tool, calendar, spreadsheet, or photo app, we try to work around it before recommending more tools.
Every week should answer: what was worked, what happened, what needs the roofer, and what still needs follow-up.
Why Desk
We are not a roofing labor crew and we do not perform roofing work. We are the follow-up desk that helps the roofing company work the opportunities already inside the business: calls, forms, estimates, reviews, referrals, storm inquiries, and past customers.
